Requirements
- Applicants must meet any of the following requirements:
- New Students Applying for Conventional Programmes
- STPM: minimum CGPA 2.50
- UEC: maximum 24 points
- A-Level: 9 points (A* = 6 pts, A = 5 pts, B = 4 pts, C = 3 pts, D = 2 pts, E = 1 pt)
- SACE/WACE: ATAR 60
- CPU: Avg. 60%
- New Students Applying for Online Programmes:
- Meet minimum entry requirements of the desired programme
- External Transfer Students to UNITAR Applying for Conventional/Online Programmes
- Entry for Foundation, Matriculation, and Diploma students
- Meet minimum entry requirements of the desired programme
- New Students Applying for Conventional Programmes
- Applicable for UNITAR Kelana Jaya Campus, UNITAR College, UNITAR Regional Centres

- Successful recipients must:
- Maintain a CGPA of 2.5 per year (Scholarship amount 70% and below)
- Maintain a CGPA of 3.0 per Year (Scholarship amount 80% and above)
- Must be registered as UNITAR’s Student Ambassador (contribute at least 60 hours/year)
- Student who entitled for UNITAR’s Tertiary Merit Scholarship fee waiver 80% & below is compulsory to apply for PTPTN.
