YTL International College of Hotel Management (YTL-ICHM) epitomises excellence in hospitality, harnessing and nurturing talents by providing a well-balanced education. Industry placements, an integral part of the syllabus, are secured with internationally-acclaimed properties within YTL Hotels.
In collaboration with its strategic partner, the International College of Hotel Management Adelaide, students who complete the hospitality management focus program will be awarded the YTL-ICHM Diploma in Hotel Management and the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management from ICHM Australia. Also offered at the College are Diploma in Culinary Arts, Diploma in Event Management and Diploma in Baking.
YTL-ICHM is committed to provide a 'boutique education', where student intakes are maintained at an optimum level. This ensures personalised attention to each individual's development into competent professionals in the hospitality industry, demonstrating qualified practical skills and content expertise. YTL-ICHM is proud of its 405 graduates so far, 56% of whom are employed within YTL Hotels' award-winning collection of resorts and hotels. The College takes pride in '2014 Masak in Malaysia, Makan in Australia Culinary Challenge' where its culinary student won the Grand Prize. Fee Waiver Up to RM 9,000
Requirements
- Only applicable for Malaysian
- Applicants must meet any of the following minimum requirements:
- SPM/IGCSE: 3Cs
- UEC: 3Bs
Awards Details
Up to RM 9,000 tuition fee waiver
- 3C in SPM/O-Level or 3B in UEC - RM 5,000
- Additional 1C in SPM/O-Level or 1B in UEC - RM 1,000 (Only 1 Credit allowed)
- Additional A in SPM/O-Level/UEC - RM 1,000 per A (Max 3As allowed)
Example:
- A student with result of 3C 1A, then can get RM 5,000 + RM 1,000 = **RM 6,000
- Max rebate when student have 3A 4C, then the student can get RM 5,000 (3C) +RM 1,000 (extra 1C) + RM 3,000 (RM 1,000 per A) = RM 9,000
