This scholarship grants a tuition fee waiver to SPM, IGCSE, and UEC students enrolling in Diploma programmes.

- 100% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.85 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
- 50% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.70 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
- 25% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.50 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
