Applicants must meet any of the following minimum requirements:
- Foundation Programmes:
- Obtain at least 3As in SPM / IGCSE
- 1A in UEC
- Degree Programmes:
- Obtain at least 1A in UEC, STPM & A-Level
- SAM/AUSMAT/NSW HSC: ATAR 90
- IB Diploma: 32 points
- MUFY: CGPA ≥ 3.00
- Foundation/Matriculation/Diploma: CGPA ≥ 3.00
- Foundation Programmes:

- Students can apply for only 1 scholarship / financial aid, whichever is higher and available.
- The scholarship will be terminated if program changes are made after classes begin. e.g. if the student changes from Foundation in Arts and Social & Science to Foundation in Science.
- The renewal of scholarship will depend on the student’s academic achievement at the end of an academic year as compared to the student’s peers from the same academic programme and same intake. (Top percentage among students of the same academic programme and same intake)
- 80% < scholarship ≤ 100% - Top 25%
- 50% < scholarship ≤ 80% - Top 35%
- 25% < scholarship ≤ 50% - Top 45%
- Scholarship ≤ 25% - Top 70%
